Just had a reasonable quote from them for a 95 WRX £675 NO TRACKER req.ye ha..... N.Union quoted £626 but they're such a pain in ar*e to deal with.(no Tracker)

 

You referring to Norwich Union Direct? When you say difficult to deal with, are you referring to their wonderful Delhi-based Customer Services...? Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I tried on numerous occasions to change a few details on my policy, but gave up in the end. I dunno who's mint idea it was to have a customer services department where none of the people on it can speak legible English... I know it's supposedly much cheaper for them to do what they've done, but I wonder how much business they've lost as a result...
