I managed to get a quote off L&V, £616 for a 01 wrx, full no claims, 36 yrs old. seems pretty good. Strange that they don't ask about security, garaging, mileage, occupation... I rang them and asked, hoping for more discount as i don't drive to work, keep it in a garage and only do about 6k miles.. said they don't need to know,. oh well still a good price, try them.

I agree about LV seeming strange. I've just been quoted by phone for a modified WRX with "no questions asked", in total contradiction with their website. It was almost too good to be true after finding all kinds of objections from every other agency. Just as you say, they are not interested in the issues that are a huge concern to other insurers - points on licence, garaging, etc. Odd.
