WHY WAS IT FRAUDULANT. IT WAS A GUIDE HOW TO GET YOUR INSURANCE CHEAPER HONESTLY .E.G TAKING MILAGE INTO CONSIDERATION ,ADDING WIFES TO POLICY ETC
