Declairing PIAA lights?? Do I need to??

I declared my prodrive WR Sport headlamp conversion for my MY02 to Direct Line and they charged me.......nothing !! Yes ! No extra charge, just sent me a new policy with the conversion added in the text under spotlamps/lights.
