Just renewed with Norwich Union Direct.
There quote came through the post £35 cheaper than last year at £582.
I phoned Liverpool & Victoria as some of you are getting good quotes from them. They quoted £622.
I phoned Norwich Union Direct and the first thing they said was "let's see how we can reduce the premium further". Not what you expect them to say! After a couple of minutes they gave me a new quote of £516 and a free gift for renewing.

Just depends on age/area postcode and car really.
You modify your car then go back to NU and it will go though the roof you do the same with LV and it wont
NU direct wanted nearly 3 times as much as im paying now (they wanted around 2700 fully comp protected, i pay 1032 fully comp protected) so it paid me to go with LV.
Nice to see you getting cheap insurance with NU, its quite rare these days unless you have been with them for ages?

When I tried Norwich Union a few months ago, for an RB5 WRSport was told that they don't insure imports I tried to explain that it wasn't an import, etc. Eventually spoke to thier Subaru expert that told me the same. An RB5 WRSport was an import, lol some expert he was

Also just renewed with NU
Last year paid £481 Fully comp (with SS exhaust declared) - This year £352 with SS exhaust, PD7`s & Prodrive brakes all declared, also IAM member (It pay`s ye know).
Great service, also said they would try to get as low as poss.
Result, one happy chappy.
