With greenlight. I was upfront with them when I imported the car, as I has to cover it for a few days on the VIN before the reg no came through. No difference whatsoever, as long as you send them a copy of the EC certificate of conformity - i.e. proving it's UK spec.
The only thing to watch out for is that Dutch imports don't automatically get the CAT 1 alarm upgrade (normally fitted to UK cars on arrival in UK), and if you haven't got that, they will either charge more or insist you fit it. I would fit one anyway as without it you have an imobiliser but no alarm.
