Forget what said about everyone else Direct Line came up trumps

£828 which is £100 cheaper than anyone else

RB5 WRsport, On drive way, 1 sp30, Me 32, 4 years no claims

might be worth giving Privilege a call and talk in person.. My gf did an online quote.. utter rubbish.. (and I verified the details) I called them and not too bad... go figure..

Just got my renewal through from Direct Line £600 and no tracker needed cos I am an existing customer. MY97 UK Turbo. Me 30 full NCB

direct line - unbeatable. until i read this thread i thought i was the exception to the rule.

i have also uprated my wheels and rear spoiler-no xtra charge as standard car has alloys and spoiler fitted as standard.

phoned twice to confirm and got the same reply.

When I got my MY01 I went through all the mods with Direct Line on the phone and put it in writing (including copy of dealer's invoice). When it came round to renewal time they still had no record of my mods, said I'd been inadequately insured, and put up my renewal premium by another £200.

Now with Chris Knott...
