rear door speakers for a bug wagon

Has any one changed the rear door speakers in your wagon i have just done the front sounds amazing and now im after the bits and speaker sizes for the rear doors

any help much appreciated

I have used in my Hawkeye Kappa 42.91 speakers,
I needed to cut the door card so the speakers come through the door card .
I belive the deepth is a problem , very shallow,
