Hope someone can help.

I've just got one of the new Pioneer headunits (CD/Tuner) and I was wondering whether they hada clock facility. Can anyone help, because I acnnot find it !!!!!!?

I've just installed a Pioneer MEH-P9000R head unit, (mini disk/tuner).

It's the one with the display that shows cars, screen savers etc, but no clock!

I just got a DEH7000P today, and I can't find the bloody clock either

The piece of crap F*rd full-height thing that was in there before had a clock, so why not £300 of kit???

I still cannot find a clock ! I've given up now.

However, I can find News pics, sub controls, digital surround settings, screensavers etc.......the list goes on...........

I am surprised it doesn't support Java !

Even the P99R (rrp £700, "street" - nearer £470) doesn't have one.

What a bummer given it's transmitted in/alongside RDS.

My main gripe thought is that the volume bangs straight in at what you had it last set at.
My 6yo Alpine had RDS CT (clock) *and* soft-up volume....but, admittedly nothing like the flexibility of the Pioneer.
