can anyone tell me what colour are the positive rear speaker wires on on my uk 98 rear speakers

on the left i have a RED AND WHITE , and a BLUE AND WHITE
and on the right ive got RED AND WHITE and an ORANGE

took speakers out ages ago and ive forgotten which was which

 

I THINK its as follows .....


Blue/Yellow trace = right -
Red/White trace = right +

White/Red trace = left -
Orange = left +

That should help you find out for definite which wires are which ..

 

nice one mate thanks for that. i had a look on a few different sites but they had all different colours and models on em .

 

If you are unsure, put the headunit on full rear, attach wires to speakers and try it. If you get them out of phase, you will lose bass, so just swap ONE pair of wires over.
