looks pretty good. I've had the original tape unit since '96... time for a decent cd player i think

really dont know much about these. Can i just pull out the unit and slid the new one in?

Yep they should just slot in, you may need or want to change the mounting collar, that also slides in/out once you've bent the retaining arms straight.


There was a new Kenwood announced recently.

...and the one just announced is a "high end" at around 400 quid.
