Sony XR-C450RDS face-off unit - anyone have one?

My car came with this fitted but without a manual for it. I've managed to figure out how to work most things, but one is eluding me - how the hell do you set the clock time?
Better still, anyone got a spare manual for this that they don't want?

I have one of the Sony units - the 450 I think. Anyhow, from the book:
Press OFF or DSPL during operation
Press DSPL for 2 secs (hour blinks)
a) set the hour digit with the volume control
Press SEL quickly - minutes blink
a) set the minute digit with the volume control
Press DSPL quickly - clock now works.
Easy wasn't it...?!
I have a photocopied manual that came with mine - email me your address and I'll send you a copy.
