Poor radio reception

Just bought a My 05 Jdm STI and the radio has very bad reception. The speakers are ok as the CD player works fine.Is there anway to check the antenna cable without stripping out the car. Thanks Steve.

thepain in the a!! way is to remove stereo check continuity of ariel cable

I fitted a new radio / cd player and all is fine now. The origional must have been faulty. Steve
