AMP under seat

Will an amp with the following dimensions fit under the seat of an 07 sti? I don't have the car yet so can not measure:

198mm x 338mm 56mm

help appreciated. Cheers.

I have a Pioneer Amp of 300x60x194 (mm) which fits fine under my 03 blobeye so you should have no problems
