I feel like a right buffoon asking questions in shops, because i haven't got the foggiest about the lingo. I know what I want the sound to sound like but I can't communicate it without the geezer getting all expensive and animated on me!

I want a site that says things like " This is what the tweeter does, ohms and impedance explained, amplifiers, din switches, Sub woofer.....WHY have one?

If you want thumping music, your system needs "x" caracteristics, if you want classical music, it needs "y"

You get the idea.
