My Headunit seems to be working fine and plays the CD from the changer in the boot ..

However it wont tune in... It comes up with the local radio station names but I just get static .. I took it out removed all the connections and put it back in again, and still nothing ..

Any ideas?

 

When you say "static" do you mean the fm hiss?. if so it could be down to your aerial. to test this, take out your aerial connection and push a piece of wire in. if you hear a radio station, that's your problem.
