Default Im after ..

Hey all,

Im after some new speakers for my wagon because the standards ones are frankly poo.

Anyone recommend something thats got bass rather than to much treble and i can swap for the standard speaker in the doors?

I dont want to go down the sub route if i can help it, but a nice sounding stereo with decent speakers would be a great start.

Anyone recommend anything??

will have a look need something with a lager xmax long throw as you do not want a subwoofer thinking of morel dotec or focal, vibe space or black death. most peoples thoughts of vibe are halfruds but there audi a8 was voted best demo car of all manufactures i am building something for vibe new porshe 997 (out of carbon fiber) this stuff is very well manufactured and good sound quality. there head of r&d worked for autoleads viba and kicker in the past so this is where the quality has come from over the past couple of years.
The A8 was shipped to ces in vegus and got the most attention across the show.

I will be building a street bass demo van using their kit i am going for the 160-170 db range. a single black death 15" hit over 160 built by geoff hurst

i can do a flat sub in the passenger kick well if you want keep the weight down using a grp enclosure and a rockford shallow sub 10" not ott but that with a good set of components and a 4ch amp will give you a good sound.
