Default Hawkeye STi - help needed with ICE upgrade please

Will 16.5" speakers fit in Hawkeye?

More specifically, Infinity 65.7cs - unless I should be looking elsewhere?

I'm getting a bit old - and out of touch- with all this audio stuff.

Need a sub too- like the look of the passenger floor build, but will probs just buy a cheap active sub?

Running off an Alpine MP3 head unit if that matters, although tempted to buy one of the double din kenwoods / pioneer / clarion

16.5cm will fit fine but you will need a spacer as they are ever so slightly too big to fit as a direct replacement but very do-able.I fitted 16.5cm Focal components in mine but they dont come cheap.Infinitys are good if you are on a budget.I have subs built into the rear passenger footwell on mine but its a bit of a pig to build (even in fibreglass) never heard the under seat subs so cant comment really other than to say they are probably quite poor in comparison with a boot mounted sub.

Good luck with it
