Default subaru sti blobeye model battery problem stereo question

I have got a subaru sti 2004 uk model had the car about 14 months and normaly i only go out in it about twice a week and occasionally the battery goes but lately after using my car more ive had a flat battery and it only just starts from cold after that its fine until the next day and again cold start only just starting any ideas or is it time for a new battery and if so sholud i get a higher amp one

my other issue is i will replacing my head unit and adding a vibe sub box so i was thinking is a more powerful battery needed

halfords website has 10% off today so i need an answer quick

halfords guide for a subaru battery is 510 amps ah value 60 and Reserve capacity: 105

or should i go for the higher one

one 550 amps and ah value 68 and Reserve capacity: 125

and another higher than that is

680 amps 74 ah Reserve capacity: 185

also will a higher powered battery affect anything like the starter motor alternator?

Default Only a suggestion

If you can afford it get the Optima Yellow Top battery.
Its good for a starting battery & also good for running car audio.

check alternator output with mutlimetr and top up battery fluids 1st? if only using for short journeys a cople of times a week it might be work using a top up charger as no battery will be able to perfrom miracles.

there are a few differnt types of gel batteries these are an alternative to optima i have used both including optima 5.5l which are huge.

have a look at theExide Maxxima Batteries

800-900

Maxxima 800-900 batteries are designed to meet the demands of batteries required to operate in extreme and severe conditions, maximising reliability, performance and duration.
Thanks to it's orbital technology and gas recombination, Maxxima satisfies all of this.
Deep Cycle

This has been created to meet the demands of both engine startup and the supply of power to auxiliary equipment.
In addition to offering all the advantages of the revolutionary Maxxima range, the Deep Cycle version has thicker plates and a greater compression of active material to ensure ultimate resistance to excessive charging and discharging cycles.
