Anyone got one of these underseat type speakers sub type things? Looking for a little oomph to the music but cant really go back to the days of amp and sub in the boot!

 

I've got one of these which works OK - it fits under the drivers seat (but not passenger seat) of my bugeye wagon.

It's not as good as a separate amp and sub, but is a pretty good solution if you don't want to fill the boot.

Other option is an amp under passenger seat and dedicated passive sub under drivers seat - I will probably end up doing this as I have a Genesis Profile 4 under there which is only driving the front components at the moment.

 

The Subaru one aint bad if you adjust it well enough
Adds a bit of fill to the low end
