Question

Hello,
just wondering if anyone out there has any experience of the following Pioneer combination.
DEH-7100R CD/Tuner
GEX-P700DAB DAB Tuner
CDX-P670 6 disc Autochanger.

yes I do.

All are decent, but you have to ask yourself if i is worth paying teh retail price for the digital tuner alone.

It also requires mounting of a separate aerial.

most dealers who had fitted them to demo cars that I know, removed the dab, as it was more hassle than it is worth.

Has great features though such as real time info etc and text, but there just arent that many broadcasting channels yet and it is first generation.

Sound quality is good, if not excellent.

My analogue radio at home, rapes the dab I heard for quality. Although my analogue is a "touch" more expensive.

Thanks for the feedback Adam, unfortunately, I'm now hooked on XFM, Planet Rock and The Storm, and there's no other way to get any of them in car (except hang around London for XFM).
My other option is to put the Scorpion downpipe and Magnex backbox back on, and abandon the ICE altogether .
