Got all the wires ready for connection, but one I have no idea about is this one:

Its Green & White with a label called "parking SW" in the book it says Active low level input!/ Where does that wire into?

Earth from the handbrake so you can only watch movies when the handbrake is on.
Just needs an earth putting to it.

 

As above, ground it to the stereo ground.
