Looking for a Sat Nav system to go into a MY01 double din with audio functions as well would be preferable. Has to do the whole of Europe.

care to give a budget??
alpine dvd nav system with a screen will set you back best part of 3 grand but its fast and will do the whole of europe without changing discs.
most other systems (cdrom) require a disc per country which may get annoying and expensive as they are often 99quid a piece.
vdo do some cheap ones and there's always something like a garmin streepilot....
