oh my go dim getting stressed ! trying to fit 2 single din units (1 being a screen) and cant get the plastic surround back on as gets trapped by the head unit on top ! tried moving the holding brackets and no joy, anyone help !!!!????

You have taken the surround off the head units?... you know the optional trim piece that's clipped around the face?

 

yeh off both ! it seem 2b catching on the metal part ! some people said here to trim or file back the plastic on the back of the surround (heater console) so may have to do that...why is nowt easy !

 

no worries, bit (2say the least!) of trimming and its done ! ha ha ah joys of the hack saw !
