my question is which are better the Infinity Reference series or KAPPA series?? and what are the diffrences?

Yes it will make a difference... the OEM speakers are rubbish and the magnets are Sooo tiny...
check out
Infinity - Car Audio
for specs on the current Infinity range, the Kappa are the better speakers and basically have a better frequency response so better sounds (more bass and more highs), im sure you would notice a difference moving to those, even running from the standard head unit.
While the speakers are out it may be worthwhile putting a bit of dynamat in each door to help reduce vibrations
