Default kenwood 25th anniversary multimedia

mine keeps switching off then i have to use the reset button and reprograme it, anybody else with same problem?

Make sure that BOTH live wires are doing what they are supposed to ie Switch and Permanent and check that the earth has a good connection.
Mine did this when I first installed it and the problem was the earth connector. Works fine now.

Also make sure that the black hideaway box is somewhere that has a reasonable air circulation to it. Any where above 35 degrees (temp) and the protection circuits kick in.

After long periods in the sun, it has a tendency to not work until the temperature has dropped a couple of degrees.
