speaker adapters??????
im after some adapters to fit some new speakers in my my53 scooby and came across these on fleabay,
eBay.co.uk: SAK-2820 Subaru Impreza Door Speaker Adaptor Kit Plates (item 330134209704 end time 13-Jul-07 23:28:25 BST)
eBay.co.uk: Subaru Impreza Front Speaker Adaptor Mounts NEW ITEM!! (item 170124190563 end time 01-Jul-07 08:49:14 BST)
the top one says they will fit upto 04 cars, while the bottom one says to 00 cars, but they look identical?????
i think they are Autoleads SAK-2820, but the only info i found on them is from 05/93 >
anybody used them, cos at a tenner it will be cheaper than me buying a jigsaw, mdf, and a few hours in casualty!!

hi Triggaaar,
i was thinking of getting some infinity components with 13cm mids, not seen any 16cm adapters, are 13's really pants then? im not bothered about making my ears bleed, just want a nice clear sound,
oh btw, i will be adding a sub, so bass ins't a issue with door speakers.

I have just ordered some 16cm speaker adapters for the 93+ corsa for my blobeye.
have heard mixed reviews about do and don't use them, and most prefer using mdf (in honesty so would i, but have not got the time or space to make them right now) so will give these a try.
suppose to be a pretty straight fit for the front. going to try them with some infinnity reference's.
