Just had to take a look at a rear speaker, which meant removing the door card (2003 STI). Can somebody please explain to me how to remove the small cover that goes around the door handle and lock on the inside of the door, without breaking the damn thing?

I don't think I have managed to get a single one off yet with it snapping, breaking the clips and its driving me mad. No matter how I go about it it refuses to move without the sound of snapping plastic.

 

take two precision screwdrivers and insert gently at either side and lift SLOWLY!!!!!
