Question How do I connect an iPod Nano to the standard MY06 stereo

Please be gentle, because I've got very little idea about this and please explain in non ICE technical jargon

I've done a search and found Denison info, but the Denison site doesn't show it working with MY06 WRX head unit. And it seems chuffing expensive.

I'm looking at getting an 8Gb Nano and am thinking of putting it in the glovebox on the end of a cable and want it to be charged at the same time. I'd like to control it from the CD changer controls on the standard stereo.

What do I need ???

I don't really want to spend £100. Can i get a cable for around £20 to £30 ?

What is high speed interface going to do for me ?

Cheers
Nick

Thanks, but the link says - session timed out.
Could you tell me the name of the product and I'll do a search on the Apple Store site. Nothing looked obvious under car accessories

Cheers

Cheers Rhybeck
Don't want the cassette thingy with wires hanging out the front. I will build it all in - I've had the dash apart on this and the previous car more times than I can remember !

Wondered about the FM jobbie - will have a look, thanks.

I asked at the local motorist discount centre on Saturday and they said Kenwood probably do one for about £70 - they're going to check compatibility for me, however have seen the same thing for less than £50, which is nearer the mark. It's a plug in to the CD changer socket I believe.

Anyone tried one ?
