Default PIONEER AVIC-X1 CPN1898 .. HELP NEEDED

i have just managed to get hold of a pioneer AVIC-X1 (CPN1898) , Ive tried to wire it up but its still not working . am i doing somthing wrong . the yello , red , orange all go to the live, black earth and there is a wire that says connect to the live side of conection ? does that meen the ignition ? i hope the units not knackerd . i only payed 50 quid so i hope i got a bargain and it works ... if not might have to go on ebay as a not working unit ... any help or offers would be great ... thanks WAZ

Hmmmmmmm £1000 unit for £50 ?????????????

have you git the manuel??

if not go download it.... may be info on the stray wire!

i am also looking to buy a avic-x1bt

put it this way the person who had it owed me some money ...500 quid so i said this stereo and 50 quid .. i dont have the manual so i will have to down load it . its got to be a wire im not conecting right somewhere. checked all the fuses and they are fine .. thanks for your reply
