Help needed again

Its a Kenwood ddx 7035 and I cannot store the channels into memory or should I say everytime I switch the car off I loose all the stored channels
What the hell am I doing wrong

got the main and switch live the wrong way round?
some stereos have red as main and yellow as switch, others the other way round,
try swapping them they normally have plug connectors to make it easy

Yeah, just swap the yellow and red wires around, and it'll be fine. It was set up to be used in a VAG car, where the 2 wires are the other way around.
