6 x 9 setup
right two questions really.
question 1
first, wrote my car off and one of the metal pins (the things the wires connect to) have snapped off. Now to me it looks as iff you can just "solder" (sp) it on but 1. i haven't got the litlle bit (it got lost) and 2 i have no clue where to buy them from and what they are called.
question 2
my 6x9's are 200W each but because i am getting a sub amp combi i can't be assed to spend any more on getting a bigger/another amp for the 6x9's and just want to run them straight from the headunit. The h/u itself says it can run 4x50w but the problem is i need some kind of cable to connect them as the 6x9's have the two pin connection where the wire splits and connects to each pin but my headunit is a phono connection. any ideas where i can find one of these cables?

I'd be inclined to look in www.yell.com, find a local ICE installer, and ask them. Parts MAY be available cheaply, they'll have probably seen the speaker damage before, and will know if it's fixable, and they may have the lead you need as a stock item.
