Default Securing My Head Unit

i recently wrote off my car and during the process of dismantaling everything i have lost the bolt to secure my headunit. I'm now buying a new car and need to know if and where you can buy bolts to secure the headunit to my new car and what the "technical name" for these bolts are so that i can ask for them in shops :S

I'd be inclined to look on www.yell.com, ring a local ICE installer and ask there. They probably have them in packets on a rack............

It may even say in the h/u manual, or on the h/u itself. Look for something like M5 max 8mm or thereabouts. M5 is telling you the thread size, and 8mm is the max depth.
Get one of the right thread and hack saw it down if you can't find the right length
