Default Would these fit?

Hi,

Would Infinity 6510cs & 5010cs fit front and rear in a MY04 Wagon?

The 5010s in the rear would need you to enlarge the hole in the door skin by about 5mm all round. The original rear speakers are 4" / 10cm jobbies.

The FAQ has plenty of info about mounting Infinitys in the front doors.

From what I have read it sounds like its best to leave the rears.

I have seen lots of posts relating to Infinity 6000s but nothing specific to 6510cs - would the 6510cs fit the front doors in a MY04 Wagon with/without spacer?

I have seen Boston components at £160'ish, Vibes at £60'ish, the Infinity's at £100, Focal 165a at £120 - there is far too much choice !!

I don't want to blow the doors off and I'm no audiophile so there must be a point at which you can't tell the difference??

Think you will find that most of them need a spacer - they are dead easy to make as I made some for my Alpines this past weekend. There is a good guide on here in teh FAQ. I am sticking to 4" in the rear as cutting the door away isnt worth it for the extra speaker size. The rears are only really fill in sound anyway and chances are if you are doing a meaty install you will knock various frequencies off them with a capacitor??
