I currently have a Pioneer DEH-P6300R (Mosfet 4 x 50watts) CD-Tuner with CD Changer, I have ordered Infinity 605cs speakers for the front and I think I have 120 Watt Pioneer two way speakers in the rear in my MY98.

Would I be better running the Infinitys from an amp rather than the head unit?

Could anyone recommend any other mods (amp, subs etc.) that will give me good sound and bass?

Yes. I used the Philips DAP 6040 for £139.99 from http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/ ( I think it's now £149.99 )
