Question

Hi there.

I'd like to change the speakers on my 1998 Impreza Turbo.

At the Alpine web site, it is said the my car uses 5 1/4" front and 6 1/2" rear speakers.

Is that right?

I'd like to buy something that fits easily in existing place.

THANKS for ANY info.

Nelson

Yup,that's right, but you can fit 6.5"'s in the front doors easy enough.

Hi
Like the lads said a 6.5" speaker will fit into the front with little or no modification
Personally I wouldnt be too bothered with the rears
IMHO I would concentrate more on the fronts & get yourself a decent set like infinity kappas or the like

Cheers
Niall

Hi Chiark,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I'm in Rio. But all I need is someone that can ship the kappas to Miami.

Does it help?

Thanks

Nelson

To add to Rockin's list, I've ordered stuff from MatrixCarAudio before in the states on the west coast. Excellent prices and a very good service. Surprisingly I have no involvement with them other than being a satisfied customer.

Why dont you try and listen to a few set ups in Scoobs.

Some places like Leeds Car Audio have a Scooby demonstrator

Infinity and ok but very tinny
MB Quartz sound much better... on a 'budget'
