Don't know whether anybody answered this elsewhere, but thought I'd respond anyway
Depends what type of speakers you want in the front. A popular make on here is the Infinitys. I've got them throughout my car. They're not cheap though.
I'm presuming that the corsa pockets are like spacers? Why not just jigsaw some yourself? If you go for 16s, you won't need spacers.
The sizes are 16cm, although 16.5s will fit too - pretty sure these are the same for the later models (I've got a late classic)
As you may have found out, the Subaru is not known for it's (a) lighting, and (b) sound system - although the Blob-eye is considerably better than the classic!
The major let down is the head unit - mine came out on the first day of ownership. Couldn't stand listening to the radio on the way back from the dealers!!
Speakers will improve it, but a new H/unit will transform it

That page doesn't say how deep the woofers are. Infinity 6000cs are about 52mm and need one layer of 12mm MDF to space them from the door (leaving apparently around 5mm clearance from the window when fully open). Infinity 6500cs are about 62mm deep and need 2 x 12mm MDF to space them from the door.
I'd suggest that no more than 24mm of MDF be used, otherwise it'll interfere with the door card. Can you find out the depth of those?
