Can anyone tell me which is the positive and negative wires for the rear door speakers please? Cos they are not standard colours.

sorry don't know but a little tip is put a 1.5v battery to teh cable and watch the speaker cone jump out or in. Not exactly sure which way is +ve, but as a start, as long as you have them all the same you're on the right track.
