subaru stereo connectors

Default subaru stereo connectors

before i pull the head unit out of my scoob tonight, can anyone tell me if the my99 has ISO connectors or will i need a wiring harness?

If it's any help, when I removed the Philips OEM novelty radio from my MY00 there was already a Subaru/ISO adaptor installed.

cheers dude, I think the my99 and my00 are the same for stuff like that, so i should be able to tear out the laughable Tomytronic 'baby's first car stereo' and replace it with my very cool pioneer DEH-P77MP - what a head unit that is, I would recommend it to everyone who want's a great sounding unit without it looking like the controls out of the Enterprise

I've always been a big fan of Pioneer head units, mainly because you don't need to do a month of evening classes to learn how to use them. When my CD/MP3 player budget halved, I opted for a second-hand Kenwood off of Ebay. I have to be honest and say that it really does belt the music out but, my God, what a lairy bit of kit to have to look at!!
