HI guys,
I've just bought an RB5 and I'm looking to install my Alpine CDA-7894RB head unit.
Trouble is, I need to feed a cable from the cabin into the engine bay (to the battery) for the built-in amp in the head unit.
I've had a good look, and I can't find any holes or grommets which might give me this access.
So, I was wondering if you knowledgeable people know if there is and where abouts such a hole/gap might be???

Any help/suggestions will be most appreciated cos I'm desperate to change the OE head unit cos it is dire!!!!

Thanx guys
Lee

The guy who fitted the amp in my 00my turbo actually put it through a grommet to the right of the bulkhead (looking into the bonnet from the front) There is stuff going thru there already.

Yup - use that grommet. Unwrap the wrapping, push your wire through, rewrap.

Do not forget to fuse in the engine bay!!!!
