Before i go and destroy my dash board i would prefer to know how you take out the headunit?

I cant see any holes to stick pins in to release it.. im sure its dead easy just need a push in the right direction

Cheers

Remove the silver trim panel by opening the cup holder, removing the screws, remove cup holder, then gently pull trim away from dash.

This will allow you to see that either side of the headunit are three cross head screws. Remove these screws and the head unit pulls out revealing two metal brackets screwed to either side of the headunit.

The headunit is, therefore, mounted behind the dash rather than through it.
