Single to Double DIN conversion

I currently have a single DIN centre console and want to switch to a double din. I'm after the centre section and the required brakcets to mount the heater controls & stereo in the correct place. Any got one they don't want?

hmm not sure about a 98.... I did it on my car but that's a MY99.

Actually I saw the conversion you did on yours, I did a search when I first had the idea. Nicely done! I just need to get the bits together, I will contact a couple of dismantlers and see what they have as no one seems to have any to seel on here.

Good luck, I would recommend www.1stsubaruparts.com (since they ship overseas again) but there was no MY98 in the States afaik.

I'm sure Gradeasubaru, centralsubaru or the other breakers Glenwary, Glenbury or something like that have the parts you need..
