Hi

Can any one tell me the size of the speakers that are installed in the rear doors of a 5dr?

If it's 165mm are the coaxial Focal Access 165CA speakers overkill or the right speaker for the job.

your advice would be appreciated.

I *think* they're behind the rear struts in that car from seeing David W's. I know he's managed to get 6.5s in there, but dunno if he's had to fit a spacer or anything...

Will point him at this thread.

Cheers,
Nick.

From: Leeds - It was 562.4bhp@28psi on Optimax, How much closer to 600 with race fuel and a bigger turbo?

they sit on a metal frame like bracket.. a little pursuasiion with a hammer (they have a lip on them) makes them flat.. I then screwed a 3/4" piece of chipboard to the top of them (its all was about at the time) and then shoved a 6.5" in.. same size as front as std..

this is 92 - 96.. 98 -99 is in back door 5 and a bit inch as front.
