Ok, guys, I've just fitted one of these, in the boot, next to a Sony CD changer. It is wired to a MD headunit, MD-X6500C, via Sony's "source selector".
Now it SEEMS to work fine, except that when there is a disc in the headunit, it won't recognise the MD changer, even though it refers to the headunit as "MD1".
Once I eject the disc from the headunit, it will recognise the MD changer, and refers to it as "MD2".
Is this normal?
