Im soon gonna be getting a wrx impreza and wondering if my current front mids and tweeters will fit in the impreza door builds? my current speakers are 6.5inch

should do mate,i've fitted some jbl components in my doors and i had to buy some vauxhall corsa spacers from halfords so the magnets didn't intefere with the window,they were only £15 and worth every penny

How did you fit the spacers? I have some of the corsa ones but, whilst the holes match up, the shape of the door skin doesn't allow the spacer to sit flush on the door (so I used MDF instead)

the ones i used needed new holes drilling in the plastic pods but they do fit flush.Are you sure you've got the right ones??
