Speaker Sizes

Sorry if this has already been covered.
Got a MY95 WRX Sti which i believe has 6.5" speakers. I want to replace these with infinty 605cse components. This a good thing?
Also i want to know what size the rear speakers are and where they are positioned? (don't have the car yet so haven't a clue!)
