There's a load of good stuff on iceing up your scoob on www.chiark.com/scooby/icetoc.asp (one day I'll learn to do the link thingy...)

Basic advice is:
First, change the front speakers - factory ones are rubbish.
Fade out the back ones cos they're even worse.
Then fit sound-deadening to the front doors - makes an amazing difference. Half a roll of barrier mat from Steve the Sound man on Scoobyshop does it nicely. Great instructions in this post http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?ThreadID=625
After that the sky's the limit...

Hi, just got rid of my standard scoob stereo and fitted a Sony Headunit with CD Changer.
I am looking to start improving the sound as it is pretty pants.
I'll be honest I don't know jack about ice, but I imagine that I need an amp and a sub woofer. Probably new speakers (but not just yet).
Can you give me some advice on what to do to improve the sound that I get, and if it means buying these two amps that you are selling, then so be it.
I will also need some advice on wiring, fitting etc.

Don't want much do I
