What are the size of the front and rear speakers in a P1?

Fronts will take 6 or 6.5" at a push. YOu'll need to make a spacer. I believe rears are 5, but it's easy enough to check if you look in the boot and have a handy ruler

 

I just want to replace them with the same size thats already there, no spacers or anything.

So I would presume a 6" would be ok

 

I honestly couldn't say for sure - I suspect it might be 5" for direct drop ins. I'll go and measure what came out of my00...

no it isn't. some will fit, some won't.

 

Wot about in a sport MY99? Wot size will the fronts take? I've got some 6.5" on the way. Will they drop in or will a spacer be needed. If a spacer is needed then are there any threads showing how to make them etc?

just fitted some 6.5" component Kickers in the front doors of my 99. I needed 18mm spacers because of the speaker depth and the window glass clearance(Easy enough to make from MDF. Dependent on the depth of 5.5" speakers, you'll have the same problem.
