Question

I feel like a wally asking but I always forget. Which is the + on speaker cable, the one with the black strip or without?

Makes no difference, just so long as you're consistent. I normally make the stripe -ve, as it sort of looks like a minus sign !

Sorry mate, what I am asking is The wires that come out the back of my stereo, which is +? the one with the stripe or without.

Almost always, the one with the black stripe is the -'ve.
But, if it doesn't say on the top of the head unit, it should say in the manual....
