I have got an my95 imported wrx with a double din head unit which I am going to change for a single din dvd player.Does anyone know if the conversion face for a late style ford escort fits or who I can get one specifcally for my year of scooby.

Martin - I've just a double to single din conversion in my MY99 WRX and the fitters that did it put in a SAAB tray underneath the new stereo. It looks great and even holds three CD's!!

Martin - Go to Halfords and look for a tape tray in the ICE parts area.

It will say that it is for a Volvo V70, but when you open it, there are brackets and instuctions for other cars.

I fit one into my MY94 MR2 and it looks great - has 3 slots for CD's, but I use it for holding me ciggies

£14.99

Looks OEM as well.

Although - just found the instructions and it doesnt list Subaru, may be able to adapt it though.

austin-wrx is that part number for a standard subaru part if not what manufacturer is it for?
